What you type while using the Studio: design descriptions, dimensions, engraving text, budget and preferences. This is used to generate your design and quote, and to produce your piece if you order.
Pieces saved to your Showcase: specs, quotes and generated images. By default these live in your own browser (localStorage) and are not uploaded.
Basic access data: page visits and error logs, used to debug and improve the product. No third-party ads or behavioural tracking at this stage.
To generate designs and quotes, arrange production, deliver and service orders, prevent fraud and abuse, and — with your consent — send you product updates.
We do not use your designs for public promotion unless you yourself choose to share them to the live feed or showcase.
To produce your piece we share the production-relevant spec with the responsible atelier, without your identity details.
Except where required by law, we do not sell your personal information or hand it to unrelated third parties.
Order and production records are kept as long as business and compliance require. Showcase data stored in your browser is cleared by you, and we cannot recover it once cleared.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal information. Reach us through the contact entry.
If you are a minor, please use this site and submit personal information with a guardian present.
