We keep it simple: make the things first, talk later. Right now that means two things — one in-house IP collaboration (ANGELA × Jewel Monster, Stardust launch of 4 pieces) and a first group of independent designers (5 names, 29 works already on the wall).
Twenty seats in the first group. No vague promises of exposure — three concrete things you can actually take to the bank.
Because doing one deeply is harder and more useful than five shallowly. ANGELA is our own IP — key art to physical sample is fully in our control, no external approval cycle. Only once that loop works do we have the standing to license third-party IP.
Not yet orderable — this stage validates curation and enquiry, which tells us which designers and price points to sign. If a piece speaks to you, rebuild it in the free online studio and we quote the fabrication on your version.
When stock has its first batch of orders, the collab its first pre-order, and a designer their first share. Only then can user submissions, a works feed and revenue sharing actually hold.
Pieces already on the wall — from a one-line brief to order-ready, averaging 11 days. (Illustration of wear.)
