We start with jewelry because it is the hardest category: expensive materials, non-linear craft, and every customer wants something different.

Turning an idea into a physical product used to mean: sketch, find a factory, sample, revise, resample, quote, order. Jewel Monster compresses that into a single conversation.
Designs are constrained by real materials and craft — no ungrounded showpieces.
Every quote traces back to a source: live quotes, our price database or a grade table.
Few people, low communication overhead, and everyone watches their own work ship.
Ship a rough usable version first, then iterate. A day of shipping beats a week of discussing.
Jewelry is a taste business. We have to be demanding users ourselves first.
Build it once and reuse it everywhere, rather than firefighting ten times by hand.

One cross-disciplinary team: product and design, front-end and spec engineering, gemology and supply chain. Remote first, with desks in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Remote first, flexible hours, a staff jewelry allowance, and real use of — and say in — the product.
Roles are updated continuously. Nothing fits? Introduce yourself anyway.
Own the Studio, the pricing engine and the trilingual site. Wanted: strong vanilla JS and a feel for performance and rendering detail.
Translate vague client taste into executable specs. FGA / GIA or in-store custom experience preferred.
Work with ateliers and rough material dealers, track orders, control lead times and QC. Setting or jade carving experience preferred.
Own design parsing, spec generation and multi-model routing: turn one sentence into a manufacturable spec (stone / metal / craft / weight / dimensions) wired to the gemstone and jade price libraries. Wanted: someone who ships model capability as a stable API, not just a demo.
Work mines and rough dealers to build lot supply and pricing for colored-stone rough and jade boulders. Channels in Ruili, Tengchong, Jieyang or Hetian preferred.
Tell us what problem you can solve — far more useful than a standard resume.
Small team, fast decisions, every piece passes through our own hands. (Illustration of the workspace.)
